Acccessibility Statement

All the two bedroom cottages are single storey with parking immediately outside the front door.  All external and internal doors have a clear 30 inches / 76 cms width.  There is a single step (portable ramp available) into each cottage and the rear terrace.  Two cottages have bedrooms and bathrooms leading from the living room.

There are secure hand grips by the toilet and in the bath.  Light switches and plugs are at normal height.

Two cottages are category 3 for disabled with assistance.
